| What is a “bluepx”? We hear that a lot. BluePX (blu-piks) is a word we created that represents the combination of our services. The first part of the word, Blue, is a primary color and is essential in the design world. Pixels, PX for short, are the units of measurement for website design. The Blixts of BluePX BluePX was formed in 2003 and is now run primarily by myself, Nathan Blixt. I have been developing websites since 1995. They weren't very complex or graphical by any means, but they progressed with time. I earned a bachelor's degree in Scientific and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University in 2001. I worked for several companies after graduating before starting BluePX Media. Ingrid Blixt is a visual artist and will provide her artistic and design instincts when a custom design needs to be done. She grew up in Romania and earned a BFA from University of Art and Design, Cluj Napoca.
